SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

• Care Request Form: When submitting a care request through our Request Care page, you are required to check an SMS consent checkbox before submitting.

Consent is never pre-checked. You must actively check the consent checkbox to opt in. We record the following information with each consent: your name, phone number, the exact consent language displayed, the source of consent, and a timestamp.

By opting in, you may receive the following types of text messages:

• Care request confirmations — acknowledging receipt of your care inquiry
• Appointment reminders — upcoming caregiver visits and schedule changes
• Billing notifications — payment confirmations and invoice alerts
• Service announcements — important updates about your care plan or our services

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you have provided separate, explicit consent for marketing communications.

Message frequency varies depending on your care plan and interactions with our services. You may receive messages when:

• You submit a care request or inquiry
• A caregiver visit is scheduled, changed, or confirmed
• A payment is processed or an invoice is generated
• There is an important update regarding your care services

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Angels Over Us does not charge any fees for text messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging rates. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP: Text HELP for assistance or to get information about opting out.
• Call us: Contact us at (832) 276-3033 and request to be removed from text communications.
• Email us: Send a request to admin@angelsoverus.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include the phone number to be removed.

After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us. You can opt back in at any time by visiting our SMS Consent page or by texting START to the number you previously received messages from.

We maintain records of SMS consent for compliance purposes. Each consent record includes:

• Your name and phone number
• The exact consent language you agreed to
• The date and time consent was given
• The source of consent (e.g., SMS opt-in page, care request form)

Consent records are retained for at least five (5) years in accordance with TCPA record-keeping requirements. You may request a copy of your consent record by contacting us at admin@angelsoverus.com.

Your phone number and consent records are stored securely using encrypted databases. We use Twilio as our third-party messaging provider. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering text messages on our behalf.
